Set up your company email signature. Check your details, copy the signature, and paste it into Gmail.

Add it to your email

  1. Gmail on a computer: click Copy signature above.
  2. Gmail → gear icon → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Name it "WCPL".
  3. Paste it into the box.
  4. Under Signature defaults, pick it for new emails and for replies/forwards.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.

Gmail app on your phone: the app uses its own plain-text signature. Set it under Settings → your account → Mobile signature (name, phone, website). Emails you send from a computer get the full signature.

Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → Email signature. Paste and save. Outlook desktop shows the photo square instead of round.

Apple Mail and others: use Copy HTML and paste it into the app's HTML signature field.
